Connie S. Leadstrom, 58, Columbus, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2013, after a long courageous battle with breast cancer. Connie was born in Columbus, OH on February 23, 1955, to John and Betty (Wolfe) Bookhamer and is preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Haley O'Neal; nephew, Jeremy Roberts.
Survivors include her husband, Kevin Leadstrom; daughters, Heather Hines and Amber (Mike) Sliemers; son, Dominic (Angie) Susi; sister, Marjorie (Nick) Neary; brothers, Jack (Diana) Bookhamer, Ted (Teresa) Bookhamer, Butch Bova; grandchildren, Jordan, Tasia, Caitlyn, Hayden, Jordan, Brooklyn; great-grandson, Caiden; life long friend, Molly Savely; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Connie worked in the medical field in private practices for over 20 years.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2012, 5:00 PM-6:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Memorial Service at 6:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Columbus Cancer Clinic, 1699 West Mound Street, Columbus, OH 43223.
