He was preceded in death by mother, Charlotte Sayre and grandparents.
Coy is survived by father, Coy D. Vance Sr.; sister, Carly (Charles) Houston; niece, Phoebe Houston; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Gathering Tuesday, April 3, 2018 from 2pm until the time of Memorial Service at 4pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Coy's memory to Tributes Processing, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
