Curtis C. Kelso, 88, of Columbus, passed away Monday, November 3, 2014. Proceeded in death by parents, Lilian and Frederick Kelso, first wife Joan Kelso, and second wife Nancy Kelso and 2 sisters Loretta Pappas and Norma Jean Yasser.
Survived by Sister, Millie Maxwell, Children Jeanne (Bernie) Nance and Bobbie (Gary) Taylor and Grandchildren Gina, Jolene, Khris, Fred, and Angel. Also survived by Great grandchildren Chelsea, Carissa, Alexandria, Hunter, Tristan, Delaney, Savannah, Drake, Fischer, Rileigh, Olivia, Logan, and Braydan, all of whom he loved dearly along with his two canine buddies, Tyson and Chantz. Curt retired from the Franklin County Engineers as a Superintendent. He was a WWII veteran who served in the U.S. Navy on the USS LST 900 in the Pacific. He was a lifelong member of VFW Post 8198, also a member of the American Legion Post 283.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday with the Rev. Tom Clark officiating. Burial will be in Dennison Chapel Cemetery in Madison County.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ohio Health Hospice and Kobacker House. Family would welcome guests to wear their patriotic attire in honor of his service.
