Daisy M. Claypool, 73, of Columbus, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2017.
Daisy was born April 23, 1944 to Charlie and Ethel (Sawyers) Stump.
She was a member of Shining Light Baptist Church in Hilliard. Daisy was a full time employee at the Forum for 10 years.
She was married to George Claypool for 20 years.
Daisy will be deeply missed by her husband; children Diana Wimer, Lisha (Mike) Entingh, Larry Jr. (Kim) Wheeler, Dana (Lee) Mays, James (Vicky) Wheeler, Tina (Ron) Burgess, Teresa Blackburn; 30 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 8 brothers; 2 sisters.
Along with her parents, Daisy was preceded in death by her 3 brothers and 1 great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 3, 2018 from 3pm to 7pm and Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 10am to 11am at Newcomer Funeral Home Northeast Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus.
Funeral services will follow at 11am at the funeral home with Pastors Bill Charles and Jim Jenkins officiating.
Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery.
