Dallas E. Marcum 68 of Westerville passed on June 19, 2019. He was born in Breeden, WV on Oct. 20, 1950 to Thaddeus & Jean (Carroll) Marcum who preceded him in death. He is survived by a daughter Dawn Wallace, son Shawn Wallace, and step son Chad Lucas. The family will hold a memorial service at 11AM on Saturday July 27, 2019 at the Harlem Road UMC 5520 Harlem Road Galena, OH 43201 with the Pastor Bud Lescovac officiating. The family was assisted by the Newcomer NE Chapel.
