Dan Rugg, age 68 of Lewis Center, passed away at Sarah Moore House on October 12, 2020. He was born on September 25, 1952 to the late John and Pauline (Illick) Rugg in Columbus, OH. Daniel is survived by his children Rachael (Mike) Strand, Nathan (Elizabeth) Rugg, Derek Rugg, Chelsea (Dave) Pfefferle and Jordan Rugg, grandchild Penelope Rugg and a brother Steve (Marsha) Rugg. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Bettina Rugg and brother Timothy Rugg.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, OH on Saturday, October 17, 2020 from 3:00pm until time of memorial service at 4:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to The James Cancer Hospital, 460 W. 10th Ave., Columbus, OH 43210.
