Dana R. Shivers

Dana Ross Shivers, 76, passed away February 21, 2023. He was preceded in death by brother, Jeff Beckner; parents, Karl Shivers and Joan Beckner. Dan is survived by wife, Patricia Shivers; son, Terry Shivers; sister, Carol A. (Dan) Webb; brothers, David S. Beckner and James D. Beckner; niece, Stephanie Beckner. He was a Vietnam Era Veteran in the US Army. Dan was employed over 25 years at Tosoh in Grove City and Goodyear Tire and Rubber in Akron. He was an avid drag racing and car enthusiast. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date. Donations may be made in his name to Mt. Carmel Hospice.
