Dana L. Shook, age 61, passed away on March 23, 2020. He was born on August 27, 1958 in Sidney, Ohio to Harold and Marjorie Shook.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Marjorie; and sister, Jackie.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl; son, Nathan; son, Adam; grand daughters, Ellie and Evie; sister, Valerie; brother, Tom; brother, Bill; many nieces, nephews, and other good friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements entrusted to the NEWCOMER SOUTHWEST CHAPEL.
