Danail Lynn Gennett, 61, of Grove City, Ohio, passed away June 27, 2020.
She was born in Columbus, Ohio on September 17, 1958 to Douglas Fluharty and Verna Simmons.
She is preceded in death by her stepfather, Richard Simmons; mother and father-in-law, Elma and Robert Gennett Sr..
Surviving family includes husband of 25 years, Robert Gennett; daughters, Ashley, Gabrielle; mother, Verna Simmons; brothers, Keith (Carol) Fluharty, Kevin (Sally) Fluharty, Jeff (Tammy) Simmons, Greg (Cathi) Simmons; sisters, Michelle (Bill) Kuhl, Jeri (Rick) Dick, Jodell Simmons; as well as many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Danail was a graduate of West High School. She retired from Nationwide Insurance Company. She was an active member of Westgate Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio with a service immediately following.
