Daniel Lee Rathburn born March 8, 1966 passed suddenly on May 4th, 2014.
Preceded in death by his mother, Mary Defenbaugh. Survived by son, Mick (Brittany) Rathburn; step-daughters, Dawn (Donnie) Allen, Stephanie (Travis) Harber; grandchildren, Jayden and Makylie and 8 step-grandchildren. Also survived by his 3 brothers and 1 sister.
Dan was always willing to give a helping hand. He loved fishing and working on cars. He was always able to "fix it." Employed by Magnetic Springs for 22 and a half years and also drove a semi-truck for Steppy Trucking.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has been requested with no public service.
A memorial will be held at Westgate Park on Saturday, May 10 at 5pm to celebrate Dan's life. Bring your poles.
