Surviving family includes children, Caleb Wells-Funk, Brittany Funk, Joseph Funk, grandson, Kayden Funk, grand-daughter, Luna Frye, step-children, Brian (Jenn) Frye, Josh (Ariana) Frye, Victoria Frye, mother, Gwin (Tim Baker) Guy-Baker, in-laws, Richard and Helen Jeffers, fiancée, Teri Frye, sister, Christina (Jeromy) Hanes, brother, Edward Funk and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 2:30pm, Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the family c/o Gwin Guy-Baker.
