Darlynn Susan Buehler

Darlynn Susan Buehler, 58, passed away May 7, 2025. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Dinah and Dick Buehler, her brothers Vince and Glenn Buehler, and her nephew Josh Buehler. Lynn is survived by sister Rebecca (Steve) Nida, brothers Dixon (Virginia) Buehler and James (Maria) Buehler, her sister-in-law Shirley Hurst Buehler, and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be especially missed by her special friend Laura Esterline. Lynn was a 1984 graduate of Whetstone High School, later served proudly in the United States Army, and was a longtime employee of J.B. Hunt.

Darlynn was a kind-hearted, caring soul who touched the lives of everyone she met. Always ready to lend a hand, she found joy in helping others and lived with a generous spirit. She had a passion for the open road and loved nothing more than taking off on a new adventure, whether it was a scenic drive, a spontaneous trip, or time spent kayaking and canoeing in nature. A devoted fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and The Pittsburgh Steelers, she brought that same energy and enthusiasm to every game day. She especially treasured the time she spent with her beloved dog, Asia, before Asia passed—those moments were some of her most cherished. Above all, she loved being with her friends and family, creating memories full of laughter and love that will be held close by all who knew her.

Visitation will be Thursday at 2:00PM, immediately followed by a service at 3:00PM, at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. A private interment will take place at a later time.
