David Bruce Artz, 64, of Columbus, passed away Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
He was born December 4, 1949 in Mansfield, son of the late Richard and Frances Dawson Artz.
David is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Diane Artz; sisters, DaLynn Sciotto and Dawn (Steve) Baker; niece, Danielle Sciotto; step son, James Wise Jr.; step daughters, Jennifer (Scott) Houchin and Heather Gregg; beloved sister-in-law, Sandy Cox; eight step grandchildren and many friends.
Private services will be held at a later date.
Contributions may be made to the Arthur G. James Cancer Foundation, 660 Ackerman Rd. 6th Floor P.O. Box 183112 Columbus, OH 43218.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus.
