He was born on June 17, 1951, in Columbus, Ohio. He died on February 19, 2026, at the age of 74.
He graduated from Westerville High School in 1969. He worked for Ohio Packaging for 41 years. They shut down a year after he left. Then, he worked for Jack Maxton / Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet for 10 years and retired on February 20, 2025.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Conly and Winifred Belcher, brother, Lee Belcher, and many aunts and uncles.
He is lovingly survived by his wife of 52 years, Evelyn, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Patty and Keith Napier, cousins, Sharon Belcher, Carol (Jeff) Fink of Columbus, and many cousins in Sparta, Ohio.
Now he rests in the presence of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
