David Day, 63 of Orient, OH, passed away at Mercy Health Hospital, Batavia, OH on June 22, 2016.
Born on August 30, 1952 to the late Daniel Day and Betty (Sloat) Brobst in Columbus, OH.
Retired after 32 years from City of Columbus, Fleet Management.
Survived by wife of 24 years Sandy Day, children Sara Day, Betty (Rob) Jones, David "Bub" Day, Dawn and Misty Day and Jody Mahon, step-children Rick (Allison) Clark and Sean Clark, several grandchildren and one great grandchild, siblings Sandy Blizzard, Sue (Charlie) Poindexter, Daniel (Diane) Day, Nancy (Erich) Pfalzer, Kileen (Dave) Zachariah, Joseph Day, Kathy Brobst, Donald (Janet) Brobst and LouAnn Masciole and best friend Denny Ross.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City on Sunday, June 26, 2016 from 2pm to 5pm.
Funeral service on Monday at the funeral home at 10am.
Burial will be held at Green Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
