Dr. David W. DeMuth

Dr. David W. DeMuth, 88, of Worthington passed away on June 19, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Defiance, Ohio on December 10, 1936. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 54 years, Sonja DeMuth, his parents, Dr. Forder DeMuth and Gwendolyn (Miller) DeMuth; his siblings, Gary, Sally, and Susie.

Survivors include daughters Melloni DeMuth and her children Tara Zink and Coleson Carmell (Grace), Marci DeMuth; sons, Jeffrey and his children, David and Jacob DeMuth; Michael (Laurel) DeMuth, his sister, Sara Beth Eck, his longtime partner, Susan Jones, and many friends and colleagues.

Services celebrating his life will take place July 10, 2025 at First Presbyterian Church, 41 West College Avenue, Westerville, Ohio 43081. Visitation will begin at 5:00pm followed by a Memorial Service at 6:00pm.
