David R. Hammond, age 40, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2019. He was born on January 17, 1978 in Shelby, OH.
Surviving family includes mother, Cindy Lawrence; father, Rick Hammond; fiancee, Deana Bartlett; children, Brendan Hammond, Zita Hammond and Angelina Hammond, Andrew Bartlett, Alexander Bartlett and Adam Bartlett; siblings, Brandon Michael Lawrence and Meya (Aaron Hall) Perez; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by brother, Markus Lawrence.
Visitation will be held Sunday, January 20, 2019 from 2-6 p.m. at Newcomer Grove City, 3393 Broadway.
Funeral service will be held Monday, January 21, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to help assist with final expenses.
