David W. Hunninen passed away on August 17, 2025, at his home in Columbus, Ohio.

He is survived by his parents, Paul William Hunninen of Glen, Mississippi, and Vivian Smith Bachman of Memphis, Tennessee; his sisters, Kathleen Aguinaga of Memphis, Tennessee, and Gina Holland of Centreville, Michigan; his daughter, Alexis Hunninen of Westerville, Ohio; his son, Michael Hunninen of Delavan, Wisconsin; and five grandchildren.

David was preceded in death by his brother, Steve Hunninen.

Visitation will be held at 2:00 p.m., followed by services on Friday, August 22, at Newcomer Funeral Home in Columbus.
