October 21, 1967 — February 3, 2015
David "Rick" Jacobs (AKA THE RICK JACOBS) age 47 of Columbus passed on Feb. 3, 2015. He was born in Columbus to Richard & Linda (Snodgrass) Jacobs who preceded him in death. He was also preceded by grandparents Don & Mabel Fouts. Surviving are his wife Lois, sons Richard, Ted, Jimmy, and many special friends and family.
He graduated from Briggs High School in 1987, he was a Plumber with Mike Baumann Plumbing Co.
Special thanks to Mike, Pat, CJ Baumann family and company. He was a veteran of the US Navy serving on the USS Mount Whitney.
Visitation will be held Monday February 9, 2015 from 4 TO 7pm at Newcomer Funeral Home SW 3393 Broadway Grove City, OH 43123 with funeral services at 7PM.
