David Maple

David E. Maple, 67, of Grove City, Ohio passed away on June 16, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Julie Maple. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Sally and a brother William (Sandy) Maple. David was known as the "Canvas Master". He was a masterful artist who had captivated thousands with his unique paintings with work that has been displayed in over 100 exhibitions. He commanded awards and accolades by creating some of the most intriguing portraits, murals and landscape renderings, right in central Ohio. He will be dearly missed by family, friends and most of all his art students. In lieu of flowers contributions in David's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association or The American Cancer Society.


Visitation will take place Saturday June 23, 2018 from 2 pm to 4 pm with a memorial service to follow at 4 pm at Newcomer Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City OH.
