David Zak
June 20, 1925 — February 7, 2016
David F. Zak, 90, of Columbus, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016 at St. Ann's.
He served in the Army and Merchant Marines during WWII.
David is survived by his wife, Tillie Zak; daughter, Pam Zak (Carolyn); sons, David (Joy) Zak, Bob (Peggy) McIntyre, Ron (Jody) McIntyre, Rod (Becky) McIntyre and Rick (Cathy) McIntyre; sister, Shirley Kinzie; brother, John (Shirley) Zak; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 11, 2016 from 10:00-11:30 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, with the funeral service beginning at 11:30 AM.
Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Shriners, 2900 N. Rocky Point Dr. Tampa, FL 33607.
