Dawn Thompson, 46, of Columbus, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Mt. Carmel East.
She was born March 18, 1969 in Princeton, N.J., daughter of Al (Loraine) Jecminek and Dana Smith Jecminek.
In addition to her parents, Dawn is survived by her sons, Brandon Thompson, Collin Thompson and John Michael Rutter; fiancé, John Rutter Jr.; sister, Shelby Andrus.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 19, 2016 from 10:00-11:00 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM.
Interment will be in Bethany Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142 Memphis, TN 38101.
