Deanne (Dee) Miller of New Albany, Ohio, died September 14, 2025. She was born to the late Franklin and Ruth Frobase in Lima, Ohio. 

She is survived by her husband, William A. Miller, New Albany, Ohio; Daughters Allison (Ken) Tuller, Huntersville, North Carolina and Andrea (David) Ibach, Westerville Ohio; grandchildren Grace Tuller and Will Tuller, Huntersville, North Carolina. 

She was preceded in death by a brother Stephen Frobase, and is survived by brothers James (Jean) Frobase, Russell's Point, Ohio, and Brian (Connie) Frobase, Lima Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Deanne graduated from Lima Senior High School, The Ohio State University, summa cum laude BS/Education and the University of Dayton, MS/School Counseling. She was employed by Lima City Schools as a teacher, then as a Guidance Counselor at Lima South Middle School. She was a past member of the Ohio School Counselors Association, and Alpha Tau Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International and a life member of the OSU Alumni Association. She was a member of Grace Polaris Church. 

A selfless, faithful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who loved to quietly serve others with her gifts of hospitality, generosity, wisdom and organization. She created a loving and peaceful home where a family and friends alike felt loved and valued. She was a selfless servant and prayer warrior and is now resting safely in the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. 

Family will observe a private ceremony. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
