Delbert Eugene Boyd

Delbert "Buck" Boyd, 85, of Waterford, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
He was born September 17, 1934 in Orient, OH, son of the late Frank D. and Lula Mae Binns Boyd.
In addition to his parents, Buck was preceded in death by his son, K Jon Boyd; siblings, Jim and Mick Boyd and Dale Winfough.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Boyd; son, Kevin J. Boyd; sister, Pat Krywick; granddaughters, Amber (Brandon) Miller and Deanna Laubis, Athena (Aaron) Madden, and great grandchildren Grace, Addison and Cyrus.
He leaves behind more than just his family, but life long friends as well as his sweet pups Bear, Puggy, Milo and Little Bit and kitties Skeeter, Sammie and Sweetie. A sweet, kindhearted man that would do anything for you and give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.
A man of many jokes and laughs and he wasn't afraid to live the good life.
A day on the boat, waiting for a fish, a day under a car to help out a friend in need, and not afraid to have a beer, Buck was a special man that was loved by all.
He will be sorely missed.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 1:00-3:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City, with the memorial service beginning at 3:00 PM.
