Dena R. Deem passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2017. She was born on April 1, 1970 to Stephen and Diane Arthur Deem of Pataskala, OH, formally of Parkersburg, W.V.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Thomas E. Deem; maternal grandparents John and Gaye Boise Arthur; aunt, Peggy Davis Wix; uncles, Gilbert and Larry Arthur.
Dena is survived by her parents; sons, James and John Deem; sister, Tina Deem Gerhardt and her husband, Brandon; nephew and niece, Wesley and Morgan Gerhardt; uncle and aunts, Dale (Christy) Deem, Mike (Marsha) Deem, Joanne Arthur Francis and Sharon Arthur Villers, and paternal grandmother, Dora Giffin Deem, and many cousins on both sides of her family and several great aunts and uncles.
The family will receive friends from 10:45 to 11:45am at the New Zion United Methodist Church, 10991 Snyder Church Rd., Baltimore, OH 43105, where the Celebration of Dena's Life will begin at 12:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be given in memory of Dena to New Zion United Methodist Church for the care and support of her surviving children, James and John.
Food will be served after the service.
