Dennis W. Lewis, 54, passed away Sept. 12, 2016. He is survived by parents, Bobbie Gene Lewis and Patricia Pearl Rothe; daughters, Kristina and Michelle Lewis; son, Thomas Burns; grandchildren, Aubrey, Aiden, and Aundreya; brother, Richard Lewis; half - sister, Regina Lewis; step-sisters, Sandy and Sheila; and step-brother, Kenny.
He was preceded in death by brother, Kennie Lewis. Dennis served in the United States Army.
Donations may be made to the family to assist during this difficult time.
