He is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Ruby; parents, Simon and Audrey Ruby and grandson, Jonathan Rathfelder.
Surviving family includes, children, Renee' (Scott) Rathfelder, Cheri (Alex) Denis, grandchildren, Shawntee' (Daniel) Day III, Shawna (Adam) Perkins, Sharla (Wayne) Smith, Scott (Jenny) Rathfelder Jr., Marco (Katie) Denis, Monica (Dan) Starcher, Matthew (Katie) Denis, great-grandchildren, Gabrielle, Zechariah, Elijah, Malachi, Lilli, Dominic, Danny, Izabelle, Kolton, Scott III, Mia, Emelia Ruth, Penelope, Kasidy, Victoria and Brycen.
Visitation will be held from 4-8pm, Friday, March 9, 2018 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral services will be held at 10am, Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Trinity Assembly of God, 1112 Demorest Road, Columbus, OH 43204.
Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Erie Shores Assembly of God.
