Diane Gayle Whitaker, age 54, a loving wife, mother and grandmother, went home to the Lord on Monday, August 7, 2017 at The James Cancer Hospital. She was born on November 7, 1962 in Columbus, OH.
Surviving family includes husband, James Whitaker Jr.; daughters, Jodi (Rick) Walston, Julie Kay Whitaker, Jennifer Sheets, Jessica Whitaker; grandchildren, Sabrina, Skyler, Katie, Andy, Hunter, Johnny, Addie; twin brother, David; brothers, Joe and Jimmy; sisters, Patty, Susie, Mary, Janice, Karen and Denise; mother-in-law, Diana ; brother-in-laws, Donald and Matthew; sister-in-law, Betty; many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Preceded in death by parents, Bill and Ruth Sexton; twin brothers, John and Bill; brother, Michael; sisters, Ruth Ann and Deborah; sister-in-law, Tammy.
Visitation will be held Friday, August 11, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123.
Funeral service will he held Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment to follow at Chapel Ridge Cemetery, South Bloomingville, OH.
