Dominic Frank Colasante

Dominic Frank Colasante, 88 years old, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his two sisters, Arvella Phillips and Lillian Early, his wife of 53 years, Barbara, and five children, Sharon Nichols, Teresa (Bob), Anthony, Angela and Michael. He was preceded in death by his parents, Domenico and Teresa formally of Introdaqua Italy, former wife, Wilma Sager Boggs and their beloved Son, Dominic Frank III, sister Bena Manriquez, and grand-daughter Lacy. His loving grandchildren survive him, Troy (Tonya), Galen Nichols, Craig (Michele), Michelle (Duane), Tyler (Lacey), Matthew (Sarah), Christian (Amanda), Alec, Caelan and Cori, great-grandchildren, Trinity, Tristan, Chuck Nichols, Kylie, Cole, Carisse, Chloe, Gavin, Keaton and Korbin.

He enjoyed many years of retirement after 30 years of employment with the Kroger Bakery. His wish was for a private service and funeral which will be held at Newcomer, SW Chapel, Grove City, OH.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Mount Carmel Hospice in his name and sent to 1144 Dublin Road, Columbus OH, 43215. Their wonderful dedicated staff made it possible for him to be cared for by his family in the home he loved so much.
