Donald "Catfish" Garrett

Donald "Catfish" Garrett, 80 of Grove City, passed away at Mt. Carmel West Hospital on June 17, 2014. Born on January 14, 1934 to the late Charles and Bridget (Naper) Garrett in Portsmouth, Ohio. Donald was a veteran with the Navy. Survived by wife of 52 years Connie (Schiltz) Garrett, daughters Bunny (Troy) Johnson and Melanie Payne, grandchildren Adam Johnson, Andrea Payne, Bryce Payne, great granddaughter Zoie Johnson, brother Fred (Georgia) Garrett. Preceded in death by great granddaughter Angel Thompson, 10 brothers and sisters.
Friends and family may call at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH on June 20, 2014 from 4pm until time of service at 7pm.
Graveside service will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Franklin Furnace, OH.
