Donald G. Smith, 71 of Grove City, passed away at Select Specialty Hospital on April 10, 2015. Born on February 3, 1944 to the late Glenn and Martha (Strickler) Smith in Columbus, OH. Don was an avid carpenter and a beloved uncle. Survived by wife of 45 years Nancy (Shepherd) Smith, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, brother Steven (Sandy) Smith, sister-in-law Sharon Schenk. Preceded in death by brother-in-law Ed Schenk.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 from 5 to 8pm.
Funeral service on Wednesday at the funeral home at 1pm with Rev. Thom Shuman officiating.
Burial to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, West Jefferson, OH.
