Donald L. Duncan, 65, passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, in his home. He was born on February 5, 1949, in Charleston, West Virginia, to the late Ernest and Ruby Duncan.
In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his wife, Linda; brothers, Bobby & Gary Duncan.
He is survived by his children, Dawn Bare and Donald L. Duncan, Jr., both of West Virginia; brother, Ernest Ray (Patsy) of Reynoldsburg; sisters, Shirley (Jerry) Minturn of New Albany and Mary (Bob) Beitzel of Bexley; grandchildren and great-granddaughters; several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
Donald was a NASCAR fan, especially of Dale Earnhardt and an avid Ohio State Football fan.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 1pm in Maplewood Cemetery, 4585 N. Reynoldsburg, New Albany, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, Great Rivers Affiliate, P.O. Box 15120, Chicago, IL 60693. Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, has been entrusted with the arrangements. Messages of condolence may be left at www.NewcomerColumbus.com.
