Donna Faye Brokaw, 77, of Pataskala Ohio, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital from complications of a 3-year battle with Multiple Myeloma cancer. Donna's strength and perseverance during her life and cancer journey is unsurpassable.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents Oran and Lois Brokaw; sister, Rebecca May (Lauderback-Brokaw) and daughter, Tamara Weatherwax.
Donna is survived by her sister, Cathy (Greg) Wilson; daughters, Dawn (Jerry) Weatherwax, Brenda (JR) Weatherwax; grandson, Devon Weatherwax; granddaughters, Alexandria (David) Evans, Summer (Waylon) Evans; great-grandchildren, Kyleigh, Emily, Shane, Johnny, Danielle, Ethan, Dominic; her beloved cat, Buddy; as well as many other loving family members and friends.
