Surviving family includes husband, Todd, mother, Connie Hart, children, Jason, Steven, Shawn, Todd Jr., T.J., grandchildren, Cristian, Joseph, Sophia, Skye, Tyler and Shiloh, aunt, Linda Downs.
Visitation will be held from 2-4pm, Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a service will begin at 4pm.
