Donna J. Chambers, 70, of Columbus, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2014 at Select Specialty Hospital.
She was born December 19, 1943 in Wooster.
Donna was preceded in death by her father, Donald J. Elliott; husband, Jay Kmetz and brother-in-law, Dewey Prost.
She is survived by her sons, James (Mary Ann), Edward (Laura), Troy and Christopher Haffly; mother, Iola M. Yarnell Elliott; brother, John (Jan) Elliott; sisters, Lola (Dave) Wertz and Cheryl Prost; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 1:00-2:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, with the memorial service beginning at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Central Ohio Chapter, 2225 Citygate Dr. Ste. E Columbus, OH 43219.
Donna was greatly loved and will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege to have known her.
