Donna Leonetti

Donna J. Leonetti, age 61, passed away Friday, November 12, 2004 at Riverside Hospital following an illness of a few months. Donna led a full, happy, and loving life. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Leonetti. Survived by loving husband, Jack Wells; father, Ronald (Luella) Leonetti; sister, Carol Leonetti; Jack's daughters, Rebecca (Patty Berry) Wells, Robin (Chris) Reilly; grandchildren, Connor, Brett, Nicholas, Sophia, and Grace; many cousins, their families, and other relatives as well as numerous friends. A memorial service to celebrate Donna's life will be held December 7, 2004 in Columbus. A private inurnment by the family will be held. In Donna's honor and memory, memorials should be made to the Homereach Hospice of Ohio Health, 3595 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio 43214, or the charity of your choice.
