Donna Soma, 77, of Pickerington, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Mt. Carmel East.
She was born March 29, 1938 in Columbus, daughter of the late Orville and Winifred Burwell Ballard.
In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Ballard and sisters, Betty Rodriguez and Mary Fay.
She is survived by her husband, Al Soma; sons, Tony (Linda) Soma and Doug (Denise) Soma; daughter, Trina (Tom) Petersen; grandchildren, Cassie (Mike) Kranz, Shelby (Jay) Garrett, Kayla (Kaleb Myers) Soma; great grandchildren, Carly, Lucas and Joel Kranz and Max Garrett.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 22, 2015 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., with the funeral service beginning at 7:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Y.M.C.A./Early Childhood Resource Network, 6555 Busch Blvd. Ste 112 Columbus, OH 43224.
