Doris Ann Jackson, age 79, went home to be with the Lord on August 7, 2019 at home with her family. Born on May 19, 1940 in Wellston, Ohio to the late Earl and Ocie Jackson.
Preceded in death by siblings, Gary Jackson, Barbara McCue, Earl Eugene Jackson, and George Jackson; nephew, Rick Duke.
Doris was a caregiver and loving member of her family. She was retired from Simmons Mattress Factory. She was one of a kind, had a good sense of humor, and would give you the shirt off her back.
Survived by sisters, Sandra (Roy) Duke, and Lillis (Bill) Beck; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews; her very special friend, Chelsea; her long time companion, Chico her loving dog; as well as many good friends.
Friends may call at the Newcomer SW Chapel 3393 Broadway, Grove City on Thursday, August 15, 2019 from 5:00 PM until time of service at 7:00 PM.
