Dorothy Joan (Jo) Carney 80 of Grove City passed on April 19, 2015. She was born in St. Marys, West Virginia to Pearlie Oliver & Lucille Phyllis Martin who preceded her in death. Survivors include daughter Connie Elizabeth Milhem, son Ryan Edward (Michelle) Grindley, and daughter Lori Lynn Grindley; 7 grandchildren Tramerra, Jason, Jihad, Eric, Sarah, Nicole, Tara; 8 great-grandchildren- Allen, Andrew, Trizden, Kayleigh, Drew, Cole, Alia, Chase; 2 sisters- Betty (Took) Sadler, and Marilyn Williamson.
She was a member of the Methodist Church, Order of the Eastern Star of Florida where was a past Grand Chaplin.
Private family services were held at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Grove City, OH. To make a memorial in her name, donations may be made to the James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute 460 W. 10th Ave. Columbus, Ohio 43210
