Dorothy Howell

Dorothy L. Howell, 93, of Columbus, Ohio passed away at home on July 19, 2024. She was born on April 6, 1931 in Webbville, Kentucky to the late Sherman and Mattie Hunnicutt.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Hager Howell, and her siblings, Elean, Leighton, and Max.

She is lovingly survived by her son, Ricky, her granddaughter, Brentney, her siblings, Doris (Paul), Becky (James Lee), and Hassell (Dewielene), her sister-in-law, Nora, her nieces and nephews, Suzanne, Dianne, Steven, Susan, Lyman, John, Laurie, Johnny, Bob, Frankie, Rosemary, and Kay and many special friends and family.

Family and friends may gather on Friday, July 26, 2024 at Newcomer NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, Ohio 43231 from 3pm-4pm for calling hours with a funeral service following sat 4pm with Pastor Ralph Gordon officiating.
