Dr. Jay L Blatnik DC, age 66 of Powell, OH, passed away on August 19, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 30, 1951 to the late John Louis and Gladys Pauline (Wieleba) Blatnik in Martins Ferry, OH. Jay was a chiropractor for 42 years in the Columbus area. Jay is survived by wife of 39 years Maureen (Conway) Blatnik, daughters Mara A. (Dustin) Hall and Sara A. Blatnik, grandson Garrett Hall, sister Johnette Pollock, nephew Jeff (Miranda) Pollock, great nieces Ava and Abby, great nephew John.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, OH on Sunday, August 26, 2018 from 4:00 PM until time of service at 5:30 PM.
