Duane is predeceased by his parents: Leon Fields and Donna Fields and brother, Paul Fields. Duane is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Deborah Fields, children: Christopher Evans and David (Jesse) Evans, grandchildren: Chelsydale, Shyanne, Taylor, J.J., Dade, Abbigale, David Jr., great-granddaughter, Riley.
Duane also leaves behind siblings: Terry Fields and Diana Leaman as well as many extended family and well loved friends.
