Edward Broucker, 77, of Elyria, OH, passed away on October 13, 2014. He was born in Cleveland, OH on August 16, 1937 to Andrew and Bessie Broucker who preceded him in death.
Family includes wife Judith, children, Renee (Mike) Tremblay, Leslie Broucker, grandchildren, Andrew, Zachary, Ethan, and Regan Tremblay.
Edward was a veteran serving in the U.S. Navy for four years and spent 30 years as an Air Traffic Controller at the Oberlin Center. He enjoyed fishing, gambling and having fun. Edward lived his dream of being a snowbird in Venice, Florida for the past five years.
A memorial service will be held on November 22, 2014 at 2pm at Emmanuel United Church of Christ, 6656 Center Road, Valley City, OH 43280.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Kobacker House, 800 McConnell Drive, Columbus, OH 43214 or the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
