Edward Lee Cooper (Ed), 83, of Lancaster, died peacefully on the morning of Wednesday, October 12th, 2022 at Main Street Terrace Care.
Ed was born on February 5th, 1939 in Amanda, OH. He was a devoted grandfather, Navy veteran, and career truck driver. Ed greatly enjoyed hunting and fishing, and he also enjoyed sharing his love of chess with others.
He will be missed by his two daughters, Deborah (Todd) Nye and Pamela (Roger) Page; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Selena, Jonathan, and Michelle; and many great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy Cooper and Helen (Romine) Turner, and his brother and sister, Richard Cooper and Barbara Hall.
Services will be held privately.
