Elige was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Inez Mayes. He is survived by children, Joey (Kathy) Mayes and Missy Mayes; siblings, Bill (Eva) Mayes, Steve (Linda) Mayes and Lucy (Steve) Buckler; grandchildren, Tricia, Tyler, Chantz and Addisyn Mayes; very special friends, Ruthie and David Moore; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Elige served his country bravely in the United States Army. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123.
