Surviving family includes father, Jeff (Sherry) Blankenship, mother, Jacqueline Powers, sister, Carmen (Ryan) Finnell-Blankenship, nephews, Anthony and Jaxon Finnell, grandfather, Jack (Karen) Powers, aunts, Debbie (Aston) Powers, Donna Hamilton, Teresa (Randy) Fendt-Blankenship and many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6-8pm, Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
A funeral service will be held at 11am, Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
