In Loving Memory of Elizabeth June Bowman

Elizabeth June Bowman, born on December 20, 1961, passed away after a hard-fought battle with colon cancer. She faced her illness with strength and determination, surrounded by the love of those who meant the most to her.
Born in Virginia, Elizabeth’s career took her to many different states throughout her life. No matter where she lived, she remained a true Southern woman at heart. She had a warm smile, a generous spirit, and never met a stranger. Her outgoing personality and ability to make others feel welcome left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered.
Elizabeth embraced life with enthusiasm. She loved cooking for those she cared about, enjoying fine dining, traveling to new places, and relaxing with a nice glass of wine. She appreciated life’s special moments and had a way of making ordinary days feel memorable.
More than anything, Elizabeth treasured her family. She was a devoted mother to her children Katie and Billy, and a proud, loving grandmother to Ellie, Brynn, and Isabelle. She found immense joy in attending their sporting events and activities, cheering them on every chance she could. Her grandchildren were among her greatest blessings, and she loved them beyond measure.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Katie Andrews (Kevin); her beloved granddaughters, Ellie, Brynn, and Isabelle; and her brother, Michael Myers (Deb).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe Myers and Majella Myers; her brother, Charlie Myers; and her son, Billy Bowman.
Elizabeth made a lasting impact on countless lives through her kindness, humor, resilience, and unmistakable personality. Her love, generosity, and unwavering devotion to her family will never be forgotten. Though she will be deeply missed by many, the memories she created and the love she shared will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
