Elizabeth Ann Green, 60, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2017.
She was preceded in death by parents, Robert Sr. and Mary Frush; and brother, Robert Frush.
Survived by husband, David Puckett; daughter, Bernadette Galicia; step-daughter, Misty Matthews; sisters, Becky (Jerry) Winland and Ginger Marsh; brother, Harry Frush; grandchildren, Jaun and Mary Galicia, Rafal Bryant, Deangleo Galicia, and Destiny Matthews.
It was Elizabeth's wish to have her body donated to the OSU anatomical program. There will be a memorial held in August hosted by OSU for the donor's families.
