Elmer M. "Lum" Lockwood of Galloway passed away December 2, 2014 at Licking County Memorial Hospital. Elmer was a member of the Grove City First Baptist Church, lifetime member of the Ohio Gun Collectors Assoc., Life member of the National Rifle Association, and owner of Lockwood's Guns.
He was born December 14, 1938 in Franklin County to Bob and Helen (Miller) Lockwood who preceded him in death. He was also preceded by 2 brother's, Robert Lee and Keith. He is survived by cousins Bill Ruoff, Howard Sheets, David Sheets, Janet Parrott, Sherry Whitfield, and Darlene Williams.
Visitation will be held Monday December 8, 2014 from 2-4 & 6-8PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW, 3393 Broadway Grove City, OH 43123 with funeral services to follow there at 10:00AM Tuesday December 9, 2014. Burial will follow in Alton Cemetery.
