Elrecco W. Thomas, Sr.
July 15, 1956 — January 6, 2023
Elrecco W. Thomas affectionately known to friends and family as "Brother Recco" went home to be with Jesus, the Lord of Lord and King of Kings, Friday January 6, 2023 at the age of 66.
Elrecco was born to Geraldine Small (Surratt) July 15, 1956. Elrecco was a resident of Columbus, OH and a graduate of Linden McKinley High School and Ohio Christian University. Elrecco was a member of Apostolic Faith Temple, not only had he dedicated his life to Christ, he made it a point to share his testimony and his love for Jesus with everyone.
He is preceded in death by his mother Geraldine Small (Surratt); sisters, Bertha Westmoreland and Tina Booth; brother, Charles Booth; son, Jeremy Thomas.
Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Elrecco W. Thomas Jr., Joshua (Hasina) Thomas; daughters, Shaya (Gregory) Thomas-Gilford, and Cala Thomas; sisters, Clara (Terry) Coleman, and Vickie Thomas; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Family will receive guest beginning 11:00 am with a Memorial Service following at 12:00pm Monday, January 16, 2023 at Newcomer, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd Columbus, OH.
